STEP 2 – If selling, we will get some basic information from you concerning your minerals and will give you a QUOTE as soon as possible. If leasing, we will give you possible leasing options for your property.
STEP 3 – If selling, and we can agree on TERMS, you sign a purchase and sale agreement that states those agreed upon sale terms. If leasing, you will be asked to sign a leasing agreement with an oil and gas company.
STEP 4 – If selling, we pay to run title and other due diligence. This is followed by a CLOSING, at which time you are paid and you sign a mineral deed. From start to finish, this process usually takes between 30 and 60 business days. If leasing, we will inform of the expected time that you should be receiving your bonus and/or royalty checks.
